Course in utility detection with GPR

On Tuesday 16 November, senior engineer Mike Langton at Guideline Geo AB will go to Norway to hold a course on the use of GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar / Ground Radar) for locating pipes, cables, tanks and other underground infrastructure. The course is organized by Eskeland Electronics AS, the Norwegian distributor of Guideline Geo AB MALÅ and ABEM systems for GPR, seismic and electrical resistivity tomography (ERT).

There has been a rapid development in the field in recent years and the course provides an introduction to the use of modern GPR systems and associated software. The course includes practical exercises in the field of 3D processing of data. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn about the use of GPR for mapping underground infrastructure.

The course is held at Garder course and conference center at Gardermoen from kl. 09:00 to 15:00. Course fee is NOK 2,400 excluding VAT per person and includes lunch. Deadline for registration is November 10. Registration is binding and there is a limited number of places. The course is held in English.
