Whistleblowing
What is a whistleblower – and why do we need a routine?
- A whistleblower is someone who discovers and reports illegal behaviour and activities in an organization.
- All companies should have a routine for this to encourage whistleblowing and to comply with EU Directive 2019/1937.
What type of behaviour falls under the whistleblowing legislation?
- Any structural, illegal behaviour/activity within a company.
- No individual cases.
- Whether you’re an employee of the organization or working on a contract such as a freelancer, subcontractor, or a supplier you can safely use our reporting channel to submit a report.
